Plenary Hall / Nusa Indah Hall BICC�s main hall seats 2500 participants theatre style, or 1200 for a banquet in a 2394 square meter space, 2 balconies, a built-in 17 x 3 meter stage with additional portable staging available, built-in 5 x 8 meter front screen as well as built-in PA system with 200 watt speakers. Ceiling height 10.5 meters.
Auditorium Tiered seating for 506 participants, built-in 12.6 x 6.3 meter stage, built-in 4.7 x 10 meter screen, sound system for speakers up to 3000 watts. Ceiling height - 7.2 meters.
Exhibition The Centre boasts a total of almost 5,000 square meters of exhibition space with excellent vehicle and personnel access. There are two interior areas of 1,350 square meters each and 2,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition space.
Meeting Room Eight additional function rooms, four of which divide, provide meeting space totaling 3,490 square meters. Meeting Rooms can accomodate 10 - 1000 participants.
Exclusive Bounded Warehouse Our bonded warehouse or bond store expedites transport, customs clearance and security of all exhibition/convention commodities. Our bonded warehouse will alleviate any worries you have about valuable equipment or stock. Avoid delays and additional expenses by contacting BICC appointed customs clearance staff for your goods. Once received your goods will be kept under security for the duration of the event and then safely shipped back to the destination of your choice.
Business Centre Business center with a multi-lingual staff provides complete secretarial services, including word processing, photocopying, facsimile and internet access. A press room, large conference registration counter, organizer�s office and two separate secretariat offices are also available.

The convention centre provides a complete technical support team including an in-house audio visual technician, electrician, plumber, and carpenter to ensure the success of every event. The support does not stop there, BICC also has a comprehensive range of event equipment such as portable PA systems, microphones and stands,screens, closed circuit TV recorders, loudspeakers, portable stages, lecterns, podiums, padded stackable chairs, black/white boards,flannel boards, writing materials, AV replacement parts, an electronic data presenter, a stage lighting system and much more.
Your Event Manager Bali International Convention Centre staff will address the key requirements of meeting planners, presenters and delegates through a philosophy that treats every client as an individual and deliver the services that are needed. Starting with your initial inquiry you will be assigned your own Convention Service Manager - your dedicated point of contact for help and advice on bookings, planning, logistics, technical requirements with no detail too small for due consideration. We will take you from your initial inquiry all the way to the opening event.
